Auto Hiding Task Bar Question
by LD

Hello,
I have a quick question on the auto hiding task bar.
Let me try to elaborate the problem as clearly as possible. So I am using the auto hide feature of the task bar.
That means whenever the mouse is not rolled over onto the task bar, the task bar doesn't show. However, it's not entirely like that.
For example, when I am using Yahoo Messenger or Live Messenger, and I have a few chat windows open.
As soon as the other person says something, meaning there's a new text or anything appear in the chat window, the task bar automatically shows up and the icon of the program (Y! or Live Messenger) lights up, showing that it has been updated or there's something new just happened.
Well, what I would like to do now is to have the task bar hidden at all times, no matter what happens to the programs, and I would like it to show up only when I roll my mouse over it.
I've been tweaking with the preferences and all but couldn't find how to do what I want to do.
Thank you for your help and time,
LD
