All Feature Works Fine Except for Monitor Extension for TV

Since the start of Wndows 7, I have my own copy and installed and love it almost all th feature that am looking for from windows as personal use at home are there except for one feature (Monitor Extension for LCD).

The other day I tried to use it on Sony Bravia (LCD) 32 Inches V series but unfortunately it does not support it. I can't find it on the menu and had even tried to change the setting on Bios but still the same problem. Can someone tell or help on this, I would really appreciate ...otherwise I have to go back to the Windows Vista Enterprise ... The feature works properly with Windows Vista Enterprise ...
