Right clicking the flash player and choosing trouble shooting compatiblity and see if the OS itself can correct. Many times this will work but be warned not all the time.

Yeah I got a same problem. I got flashplayer installed proparly, but it doesn`t work well. Sometimes it works sometimes not. For example signing in to messenger isn`t possible everytime..
Hope they fix that soon:)
