Windows 7 Mouse Properties
As in previous versions of Windows, the behavior of the mouse is configured from the Mouse Properties screen. You can change the mouse button configuration, switching functionality between the left and right mouse buttons.
You can also adjust the double-click action of your mouse to a speed that is comfortable for you. The Clicklock function enables you to highlight or drag items on the screen without holding down the mouse button.

Briefly clicking the mouse button toggles
Clicklock on. Clicking the mouse button again toggles it
off.
The pointers tab gives you access to control pointer
behavior and response to different actions, allows you to
enable a shadow for your pointer, and gives you control over
whether to allow themes to change your mouse pointers.
Pointer Options gives you control over motion, snap and
visibility functionality for your pointer.
You can slow or speed up your pointer speed,
snap your pointer automatically to the default button in a
dialog box, display pointer trails, hide the pointer while
typing, show the location of the pointer when the CTRL key
is pressed.
The Wheel tab gives you control over vertical and horizontal
scrolling using your mouse wheel, while the Hardware tab
shows you the mouse and other pointing devices connected to
your computer and gives you access to their drivers and
other properties.
