In the Windows 7 Screen Resolution application, the user is able to carry out the following actions:

Change the appearance of the display: Here you can select the display to be adjusted (if you have multiple monitors).

Connect to a projector: This enables you to connect your computer to a monitor. It allows you to duplicate the contents of the computer screen on the projector, extend the display area from the computer screen to the projector, and show the projector only.

Make text and other items larger or smaller: This option allows you to set the size of items on your screen to 100% (small), 125% (medium) and 150% (large).

Adjust display settings: Here you can choose the best display settings for your monitor, whether it is a CRT or an LCD. You can also apply color management, calibrate your display, and set brightness and contrast.
