Windows 7: Change Your Picture

Windows 7 Change Your Picture

This one was in Vista as well... You can change the logon picture for your user account in Windows 7.

Windows 7 associates a picture with each user account.

A user account picture appears on the Welcome screen and the Start menu.

If you are not fond of the picture associated with your user account, you can easily change the picture to either one of the stock photos included with Windows 7 or your own photo.

To change your user account picture:

1. Right click on the desktop and click Personalize.
2. Click Change user account picture.
3. From the available stock photos, click the picture you want to use. Alternatively, click Browse for more pictures to use one of your own pictures.
4. Click the Change Picture button to save your changes.
